We derive more than 70% of our business from Modern Trade customers and as such active management of Key Accounts is crucial. As mentioned earlier, we have a process of joint business planning with all top customers to review volume and merchandizing objectives for the year.
We have dedicated merchandizers and sales promoters at Top 50 accounts nationally. Our sales representatives along with their supervisors provide focused attention to each account. Each customer is micromanaged to the minutest degree, ensuring maximum return on theirs as well as our investment. There are regular performance reviews for each brand to ensure our investment is being maximized along with the shelf space of the customer.
